Salary Range: $ 18.54-30.28 USD
Responsibilities:
- Performs General Maintenance work and tasks as directed with minimal supervision.
- Exhibits a basic knowledge of electricity, carpentry/hardware repairs, and mechanical equipment and systems.
- Assists with and maintain general cleaning duties on equipment and in mechanical support areas.
- Performs specific preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.
- Performs all work following infection control procedures.
- Records personal work orders and submit hours to supervisor on a daily basis.
- Maintains clean and safe work area, equipment rooms and shop areas.
- Performs any maintenance work required in which skills can be utilized.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Assists in snow removal.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Completion of a trade school program is preferred.
- One year of General Maintenance-related work experience is preferred.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
