Job Details:The General Maintenance person provides the hospital with a variety of maintenance services in the areas of plumbing, electric and HVAC.
Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Be able to work on BMS System (computer)
- Change Belts on Air Handlers
- Clear Drains
- Change Filters
- Snow removal
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 3-4 years General Maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and power plant watch duties
- Valid Driver's License
