WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the supervision of the Block Superintendent, this position supports the Block Plant in all areas of production and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Able to read the tape measure.
- On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
- Ability to operate forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties.
- Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.

- Standing, walking, talking/listening, climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching with hands and arms
