MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of Heavy Equipment, including graders, Caterpillar: backhoes, and loaders
- Use equipment to perform tasks such as grading surfaces, paving roads, moving materials, digging trenches, and building structures
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a variety of Heavy Equipment, including grader operation, Caterpillar machinery: bulldozer operation, backhoe operation, and loader operation
- Strong understanding of equipment controls and functions
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
Note: Prior experience in the construction or landscaping industry is preferred.
