Job Description
Summary: Promote timely and efficient flow of information as per contract specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A: Job Specific:- Assure COR has current listing of personnel employed under the contract at all times.
- Submit to COR vehicle and equipment list to include quantities and descriptive date for all vehicles and equipment prior to its use on the installation.
- Assist in assuring clearances are secured and maintained by required personnel.
- Provide and maintain current 24/7 Point of Contact list and emergency procedure. The list will be provided to the COR and WSMR Police Desk.
- Maintain records of all required operators’ licenses and manufacturer required training and certifications when operating heavy equipment.
- Operate a telephone system and take accurate messages.
- Greet, announce, and direct visitors to destination.
- Perform word processing projects as required.
- Open, date and distribute mail in a timely manner.
- Order, receive, distribute, and maintain adequate office supplies, forms, and copy machine.
- Receive and distribute faxes to appropriate recipient in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments as directed.
- Accurately file information within assigned area.
- Accept and implement special assignments from supervisor.
- Ability to secure and maintain a NACI clearance.
- Possess expert attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Possess knowledge, understanding, and respect of cultural/ethnic diversity.
- Organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, database, and use of spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Two years’ experience in an office setting
