Essential Responsibilities
All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures and other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following and please note that additional duties may be assigned at a future date:
- Establish and maintain a good rapport with guests to promote continued patronage. Inform arriving guests of the types of games, limits, tournaments, promotions, and seating availability and assist them in obtaining gaming chips, food, and drink once seated.
- Show the guests the different table games, and where they are located and provides the name of the dealer at the table they join.
- Monitor and enforce Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain PTL documentation and communicate changes to Game Attendant to ensure compliance with Title 31 requirements.
- Enroll new players in the Players Club via Cobblestone; Print and reprint player cards or food comp vouchers in Cobblestone as needed.
- Operate and maintain an accurate poker board waiting list by greeting guests when entering the Casino and entering names into the poker game wait board; keep track of the head counts in games.
- Assist the Game Attendant in the smooth and efficient flow of games. Fill seats for the starting or breaking of games, and assist in seating and moving players from table to table.
- Accurately and efficiently exchange cash for chips or chips for chips at the gaming table for guests and or dealers by following proper departmental procedures.
- Responsible for operating and maintaining an accurate Chip Runner impress assigned at the beginning of each shift according to department procedures.
- Stock pit supplies as needed.
- Actively works with Porters to ensure they are aware of new guests or spills and clean up.
- Responsible for keeping up-to-date knowledge of all active promotions, cash games and tournaments in both the Saloon, the Tavern, and Sammy's restaurant.

Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, ranging from the chips coming together on the casino floors, tables, and overhead speaker to individuals talking loudly. It may also include moderate noise from office equipment computer keyboard tapping, telephones ringing, voices communicating, and music from special events.
