SalaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Garden Center
- Planning, ordering, and displaying plant and hard good material
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
- Opening and closing the store
- Training new employees
- Maintaining quality of products through watering, trimming, fertilizing and other proper maintenance
- Providing excellent customer service through all aspects of the customers buying experience (assisting with finding product, cashiering, loading customer’s car etc…)
- Address customer service issues when necessary
- Ensure clean and orderly areas are maintained
- Assisting with unloading merchandise from trucks by utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts (when necessary)
- Manage and supervise a team of Garden Center staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist customers in selecting the right plants and products for their gardening needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
