Join our dynamic team as a Transplanter and contribute to the growth and success of our greenhouse. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable with repetitive tasks, have an eye for detail, and can stand for the duration of their shift.
Responsibilities:
- Perform transplanting activities, moving plant from one container to another
- Fill pots with soil and ensure proper planting procedures
- Stand for the entire shift, engaging in repetitive but crucial tasks
- Maintain a consistent pace to meet production goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Physical ability to lift, move pots, and roll carts as needed
- Previous experience in plant nursery work is a plus but not required
- Availability for both part-time and full-time hours
