- Job Description:
- We are seeking a experienced IT Functional System Analyst with excellent knowledge of GTM (Go-To-Market) processes and systems. In this role, you will partner with our business team, understanding business needs and constructing scalable IT solutions aligned with the long-term roadmap.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GTM business, IT and cross-functional teams to analyze complex pricing/quoting requirements
- Perform capability/fit-gap analysis, create process flows/early-stage solution outlines and develop solution options
- Guide business functions in understanding upstream and downstream impacts, user experience considerations of proposed process or system changes
- Assist in communicating the pros and cons of proposed options to facilitate decision-making and alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate across various teams and geographies encompassing business, IT, Development and Platform administration to ensure solution realization
- Assist in design, configuration and implementation, ensuring scalable solutions and seamless integration with the existing systems
- Document work related to solution approach, functional design, user stories adhering to required standards, methods and tools
- Ensure the functional quality of delivered application capabilities
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through automating processes and improve reliability and performance of existing system capabilities
- Assist colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to support resolution of system and process issues in the production environment. Utilize analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence
- Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent required
- 6+ years of related experience with very good understanding of GTM processes (Opportunity Management, Configure/Price/Quote)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with hybrid delivery models onshore and offshore
- Experience on large implementations supporting complex pricing requirements
- Experience with SFDC Sales Cloud/ Oracle CPQ, SAP CRM/ECC is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Other Information:
- Occasional travel may be required

Minimum Salary: $123,750.00
Maximum Salary:$189,750.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
