Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Program Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a large, complex digital transformation project.
The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the development and deployment of new technologies and systems, as well as managing relationships with cross functional teams (internally and on the customer side), external vendors and contractors.
In addition to their technical responsibilities, the Technical Program Manager will also play a key role in managing relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
This will involve working closely with account managers to understand the needs and goals of each account, and developing and executing strategies to support their success.
The Technical Program Manager will also be responsible for communicating progress and results to clients and stakeholders, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
To be successful in this role, the Technical Program Manager must have strong leadership, technical, and communication skills, as well as experience managing large, complex technical projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, managing large, complex technical projects
Experience in the digital transformation space, including the implementation of new technologies and systems
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, design, and operations
Experience managing relationships with key accounts and stakeholders a plus
