Swoon is hiring a Fully RemoteSales Operations Analyst for our Fortune 500 client.
This is a 1.5 month contract opportunity.
Job Summary
The Sales Operation Analyst will support producer licensing validation and commission payments. This includes following state regulations governing producers and performing routine compliance functions related to contracting, license verification, appointments and adherence to internal policies and procedures. Additionally, the analyst will administer producer commission in the appropriate systems, solve problems, and ensure internal/external business partner satisfaction.
Job Duties
- May lead and or support project work and other non-transactional processes.
- Able to process high volumes of routine producer transactions in accordance with defined procedures and compliance rules
- Respond to inquiries from business partners and/or external producers in accordance with defined metrics in a clear, customer focused and professional manner.
- Support departmental projects and improvement initiatives
- Understands and manages various systems across the multiple business segments
- Meet and exceed timing and quality standards.
- Consistently demonstrate strong planning, organization and time management skills
- Active engagement with team members and business partners in meetings and training sessions.
- Contributes ideas, shares knowledge, and asks questions, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
- Maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ensure a flexible approach to shifting priorities; changes in technology, responsibilities, processes and organizational structure.
- Be open to feedback about general performance or specific events
