Full Time Household Manager

IN ORDER TO APPLY MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A LUXURY HOTEL OR FOR WEALTHY INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES. MUST BE WILLING TO SIGN AN NDA. OPEN TO ALL DALLAS OR FORT WORTH APPLICANTS THAT ARE WILLING TO COMMUTE.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected daily according to high standards.
- Launder and iron clothes and linens
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in residential and commercial settings
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties such as caring for marble and hardwoods.
- Handle requests for additional housekeeping services with a good attitude.

-Serve beverages and food to family as requested.

-Take care of delicate materials such as silk, wool, linen, leather, copper, marble, etc.

- Act in a butler capacity to receive guests or deliveries. Process deliveries.

- Maintain tidy, organized spaces and occasionally complete organizational projects.

- Housesitting. Take care of home and pets while employers are away. Some trips may be up to 3 weeks.
- Assist with cooking or food preparation for humans and pets if required

- Assist with grocery shopping or running errands if required.

- Change bed linens on daily basis for master bedroom. Luxury hotel standards of bed making skills required.

-Perform deep cleaning tasks including but not limited to baseboards, appliances and light fixtures.

- Daily care for animals including feeding, preparing food or walking.

- Flexibility to work primarily in a residential environment with Commerical office cleaning on a bi-monthly basis.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in the English language

- Hard worker and trust worthy. A signed non-disclose agreement will be required.
- Proven experience as a house manager, housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and procedures.
- Ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with different natural cleaning materials and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Open to feed back and collaboration with families requests, feedback and desires.
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job

- Must love dogs and cats nor be allergic to animals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
