*2 years of Front Office dental experience, strong computer skills is very important
Scheduling Coordinator
- Will be solely responsible for the scheduling of each day, following the scheduling guidelines to ensure we have a productive and good flowing day
- Assisting at the Patient Check In position.
- Will have daily goals and template for you to follow. Will need to ensure all Front Office staff and anyone booking appointments follows your lead on the scheduling guidelines
- Will need to look ahead in the schedule to fill the gaps in advance
- Organize and utilize a recall list, treatment list, cancellation list.
- Confirm future appointments call or email to ensure confirmed appointments for less cancellations or no shows
- Ensuring all est. services are attached to each patient visit.\
- Responsible for ensuring all staff are scheduling and attaching est. services to each appointment block
- Making sure the Dr Schedule is accurate, and providers are attached to there patient appointment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required)
- Computer skills: 4 years (Preferred)
