SalarySchripps is a rapidly growing wholesale bakery located in North Bergen, NJ. We currently have an opening for a FULL TIME Customer Service / Accounting and Collection Position
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Assistance to Sales with Client interaction.
- Help Develop Marketing material
- Maintain QuickBooks and operational system (Bakers Dozen)
- Help Maintain AP Systems and interact with vendors
- Review Customer order entry
- Review production reports for accuracy
- Onboard new Customers into our operating system
- Adjust customer standing orders on as needed basis
- Assist sales with any letters, emails or other information that is required
- Call customers and assist in creating superior Customer Service
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Great Communication Skills
- Outgoing, personable and get along well with others
- Must be able to work with in a set time schedule
- Must be able to manage time and work independently without supervision
Not Required but helpful:
- Knowledge or past experience in a Wholesale Bakery is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish
