Position Overview:
Treo/NAC creates a variety of web-based solutions for our clients - from simple brochure sites, to mobile apps, and custom product/services platforms. In every product, we aim to deliver new and unique experiences for our members, clients, partners, and internal SBUs, through the use of innovative technology and the latest industry standards.
Under the direction of the Senior Web Engineer for the Treo/NAC department, our Full-Stack Web Developer is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Treo/NAC's product portfolio utilizing the entire development stack. A solid understanding of a wide range of tools and web applications is essential. Duties include working with cross-functional teams and managers to develop websites specified by business and functional requirements. Skills include critical thinking to understand project requirements, develop scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration from front-end and back-end components. A successful candidate will be proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.
Our Full Stack developer has a flexible schedule as determined by Senior Web engineer, and the ability to work remotely. Our team values individual goals and growth, team collaboration, and the creation of a high-end product for our customers. In our agile environment, developers have an immediate impact on our sites and projects.
Responsibilities:

• Develop web sites and applications using modern web development stacks
• Implement scalable applications that meet business requirements and can be distributed globally
• Participate in technical design of new sites and applications
• Enforce code standards and review other developers code
• Be a self-managing, full participant in cross-functional agile teams: define tasks and assignments and complete them by committed dates and timelines and help teammates do the same
• Utilizing HTML, React, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL
• Ensure that software solutions meet industry standards and are compatible with different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Investigating and resolving technical issues and defects in software solutions

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of four-year degree computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field; OR equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 1+ Years of Web Development with knowledge of today's development standards
• 1+ years experience with Databases (MySQL, RDS)
• 1+ years experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML, CSS development
• Experience preferred with Sass Development
• Experience preferred with RESTFul API Development

Other Requirements:

• Experience preferred with MySQL and relational databases with the ability to optimize queries and design schema's for large systems
• Daily teamwork is necessary
