Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to become an integral part of our team!  This is a Contract to Perm position (for the right candidate). It can be worked remotely, but may require some trips onsite. 

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Preferred Education: 1. Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. 2. 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Full Stack Software Developer or in a similar role. Minimum Required Experience: Preferred Experience: 3+ years in a relevant field

Minimum Required Skills & Abilities:

1. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Kotlin

2. Experience with front-end web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (preferably React).

3. Familiarity with back-end development frameworks and technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, .NET).

4. Understanding of database systems and query languages (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).

5. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

6. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills & Abilities:

1. Proficiency in additional programming languages and frameworks.

2. Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (preferably Azure).

3. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

4. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and usability testing.

5. Familiarity with front-end build tools and automation frameworks (e.g., webpack, Babel).

6. Experience with testing frameworks and practices (e.g., unit testing, integration testing).

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

8. Ability to collaborate with Product team to work backwards from customers
