Full Stack Developer

ARM GROUP is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer for our leading client located in Kirkland, WA.

Note - This position requires US Citizenship and is an on-site opening

As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will have the chance to learn, grow, try something new, and take risks. Even the most experienced developers in this position will have the opportunity to expand and improve their skill sets in many advanced areas of knowledge.

`Responsibilities

• Developing new features and fixing issues as a full-Stack Developer using C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JS, and Angular.
• Using JIRA effectively to collaborate with other contributors to define, maintain, and resolve issues and their acceptance criteria.
• Balancing asking for help versus doing individual research to optimize time spent resolving issues.
• On-time communication both internally and externally.
• Hosting and attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders related to system design and security.
• Complete understanding of the product and its various components in the frontend, backend, and infrastructure to be able to respond to questions on demand.
• Maintaining and developing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Mentoring junior-level software developers.
• Defining stories and breaking complex problems into smaller sub-tasks effectively.
• Taking initiative in technical discussions and meetings.
• Working closely with business and customer support to make sure all intended objectives are met during development and design discussions.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Paying close attention to the requirements and weighing the Pros and Cons of different approaches to implementations before diving into coding.
• Contributing beyond the assigned tasks during implementation.
• Actively seeking responsibility and ownership in projects.
• Consistently illustrating good decision making in implementing solutions.
• Owning the development, planning, and rollout of major modules.
• Deep understanding of security in all areas of the application including documentation and compliance with NIST standards.
• Peer reviewing code and setting an example for others in being detail oriented.
• Maintaining technical specification and documentation as well as system administration documentation in the company-wide wiki.
• Performance tuning APIs and database queries.
• Detailed knowledge of Disaster Recovery and participation in rotating on-call duties in case of a disaster or security incident.

Qualifications:

• Minimum developing web applications using .NET:
• Expert in C# and various versions of .NET
• Expert in designing RESTful APIs that serve a growing user base.
• Experience in refactoring infrastructure and business logic processes to take advantage of centralized in-memory cache such as Redis.
• Expert knowledge of Azure SQL Server and SQL Database
• Expert in writing T-SQL including DQL, DML, DDL, TCL, DCL
• Deep knowledge of Performance Tuning queries and optimizing indexes
• Deep knowledge of how to design data structures to serve the needs of a multi-tenant system.
• Minimum working on cloud infrastructure hosted in Azure (preferred) or AWS:
• Experience in designing scalable and fault tolerant infrastructure with zone redundancy and automatic failover capabilities.
• Experience in configuring and deploying App Services, Virtual Machines, Firewalls, Kubernetes clusters, Application Gateway, Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Service Bus, Sentinel, Private Link, and Defender in Azure or equivalent services in AWS.
• Minimum in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
• Sufficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Angular framework to create and maintain features for an enterprise-grade web application.
• Capable of working alone and in a group on modular User Interfaces built using reusable components.
