Medical Devices - Outside Sales Representative - Portland, Or

We are recruiting for an Oustised Sales Representative position selling Medical Devices for our client. The successful candidate will be a college graduate who has some professional work experience. Candidates with Outside Sales experience of 1-3 years would be a plus and would consider an entirely level person. This is a remote home-based position.

Our client is an innovative leader in surgical and dental visual enhancement. Their products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.

This is a home-based position: You need to be currently living in the Portland area or the greater area of Portland Oregon. (NO relocation) Must be already living there.

The territory is: You will be required to travel all of Oregon, the lower half of Idaho, and Wyoming, with lots of travel.

You will be calling on: Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, and Dental Hygiene Schools in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities and Duties

85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your own travel schedule and maintain your own calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals that want to see you throughout your exclusive territory demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country and our Sales Representatives are each assigned to 8-12 of these a year.

Qualifications and Skills

The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. Must enjoy travel. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
