Are you looking for a career in recruiting?  You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting (creating postings, sourcing, screening qualifying candidates, creating offers) for a variety of positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Clear communication with executive level clients both written and verbal.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Set follow-up appointments staying top of mind to clients.
  • Create sales material to present to clients.  
  • Create postings and post on a variety of job boards, networking, and community outreach.
  • Screen candidates and set up interviews, Interview candidates.
  • Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
  • Oversee pre-employment steps, including reference checks and background and drug tests.
  • Maintain files, both electronically and paper, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
  • Always maintain highest level of confidentiality.​​​​​​

Experience

  • Two or more years of recruiting experience required.
  • Possess strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Experience working in an ATS/CRM

At CER, we offer a base (immediately) & a commission structure after 90 days of training.

Once you are comfortable and can produce quality work remotely, we will let you work from anywhere. We will not micromanage you, but we will give suggestions and ideas when needed.

Initially, you will work side by side with the CEO at our Eugene, OR office, and will move to a remote schedule after 90-120 days. We have many tools to help you build your book of business, including a robust database, with thousands of prescreened candidates and existing companies. You will also have access to search tools like Indeed, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

*We require a minimum of two professional references that can speak to your success in recruiting, managing clients, and overall performance.
