End User Computing (EUC) encompasses user access to enterprise applications and data anywhere, anytime, using one or more devices to access virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) located either at the enterprise’s premises or in the public cloud. EUC provides support for a broad range of client devices including traditional PC, tablet, smartphone, or thin-client terminal device. EUC devices can either be provided by the enterprise or bring-your-own-device (BYOD) owned by employees or other users.
About This Role
Fulfillment Operations and Support Specialists are part of the Operations function within EUC. They are responsible for ensuring customers can use and access the products they purchase. The role will work closely with many internal teams (order management, partner operations, PnP, customer master data, sales, etc.) to resolve fulfillment issues and to improve/automate fulfillment processes. Fulfillment Operations Specialists become experts in numerous internal systems, so they can quickly and efficiently diagnosis and remedy fulfilment issues. Communication, problem solving, and technical skills are all essential for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional stakeholders resolve fulfillment issues impacting business operations.
- Monitor work queues and process fulfillment requests accurately and quickly.
- Look-up, verify, and cross reference data across numerous systems
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Fulfillment Operations team
- Partner across the organization to perform root cause analysis on persistent issues.
- Understand the broader quote-to-cash process and how the fulfillment operations role fits into the macro picture. Apply expertise to identify and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with IT/engineering and operations implement improvement projects.
- Engage with pricing and packaging (PnP) teams to test and approve changes to product offering
- Manage opportunities in salesforce.com, as they move along their fulfillment journey from trial to paid customer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in business operations, order management, or fulfillment
- 2 years of work experience in software product lifecycle and operations
- Previous experience working in a complex environment. Candidate must be comfortable working across teams, products, systems, and data schemas.
- Ability to concurrently work on multiple requests and maintain accuracy of work product
- Understanding of system design principles. Comfortable working with APIs and XML.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to change communication style to effectively engage with sales, operations, and IT teams.

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $79,000 - $177,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. EUC, a division of Broadcom, offers comprehensive benefits including, but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision plans, company paid holidays, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
