Fulfillment Coordinator (Short-Term Employee)

**This role is based in Santa Barbara, CA OR Boston, MA and open to hybrid (office/home) employment**
Sonos is looking for an exceptional B2B (Business-to-Business) Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Americas Fulfillment Operations team for a short-term, 12 month contract. At Sonos we strive to bring an epic music experience to life and the B2B Fulfillment Coordinator plays a major role in making that happen.
The position requires a critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while working across various functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of the customer experience. The B2B Fulfillment Coordinator will help to ensure Sonos' partners like Best Buy, Amazon, Costco, etc. have their orders placed and delivered to them in a timely manner.
What You'll Do

• Manage end to end order fulfillment for channel partners
• Support and resolve vendor compliance issues such as shortages and logistics violations
• Provide exceptional end to end customer service to our B2B customers over phone and email
• Manage internal systems to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Support inside and outside sales teams
• Work cross functionally with Logistics, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal to ensure customer needs are met
• Surface and drive process improvements to find efficiencies in our current work flow

Basic Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in supply chain operations
• Experience using Excel in a business environment
• Operating knowledge of ERP and Commerce platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and other similar business systems
• This role is office-based. Qualified candidates must be able to be in office at least 3 times a week

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:
$63,000 and $69,700
