Form of workWe are seeking LPN's/RN's to join our team in providing quality care to patients in a long-term care, nursing home, rehabilitation center, acute care, or geriatric setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care, nursing home, rehabilitation center, acute care, or geriatric setting.
- Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional condition.
- Provide wound care as needed.
- Perform patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Document patient care activities in the medical record.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
