Qualifications:

To effectively teach and care for children, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a high school degree or above
• Montessori Certification or Training is a PLUS but not required
• Have at least 2 years of classroom experience working with infants ages 2 - 18 months old
• Possess or be working towards a certificate in early childhood education (PLUS but not required)
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic through dependability, punctuality, and consistency
• Show awareness and empathy in working with infants
