Clayton Medical Associates, P.A. is an independently owned family medical practice that has served the families in our community for over 30 years.
We are looking to hire a positive, self-motivated individual who has excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask. Two years of medical front office experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records required with Allscripts Professional a plus.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Check in/check out
· Scheduling Appointments
· Answering multi-line phones
· Processing medical record requests
· Scanning documentation into EHR
· Updating patient information & collecting payments
· Processing incoming faxes
Skills/Abilities:
· Provide quality customer service both in person and on the phone
· Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with staff
· Multi-task and prioritize duties while maintaining attention to detail
· Communicate and document clearly
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
