Front Office Representative Part Time

Tulsa Retina Consultants is seeking to fill 2 Part-TimeFront Office Representative positions. This position is approximately 20-30 hours per week. Applicants must be dependable and have a very stable work history with recent Check In & Check Out & Appointment Setting experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet patients in a friendly manner
• Verify demographic information
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Collect co-pay/co-insurance
• Schedule patient follow up appointments
• Check In & Check Out

REQUIREMENTS:

• Well organized and detail oriented
• Medical office experience (1 year)
• Appointment scheduling (1 year)
• Customer service (1 year)
• Stable work history with recent experience
• Knowledge of health insurance (1 year)
• Team player/ Positive Attitude
• Good communication skills
• Impeccable attendance record
• Athena Experience Preferred
