Office Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Answering Phone Calls: Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products/services.

Problem Resolution: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Product Knowledge: Becoming an expert on our products/services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Communication: Effectively communicating with customers via phone and email to ensure a positive customer experience.

Documentation: Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication is essential.

2. Customer-Focused Attitude: A commitment to providing outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.

3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and find solutions to customer issues.

4. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations.

5. Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and documentation skills.

6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

7. Previous Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a Customer Service role is a plus.

8. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Customer Service software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.

• Tuesday - Friday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
