In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring member satisfaction. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our members, handling a variety of inquiries and requests. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively resolve any issues or problems that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our members, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist members with account inquiries, billing questions, and navigating our online platform.
- Process member requests, such as updating personal information, adding or removing services, and cancelling memberships.
- Act as a liaison between members and other departments within the organization, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Educate members on the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate member records, including contact information, payment history, and account notes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Knowledge of our industry and products is a plus.
