Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact , you will greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Scan in paperwork
- Schedule appointments
- Take payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Give tours of the facility

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Medical Office experience is a plus
