Front Desk Receptionist/Law Office

Downtown Jackson Law Firm seeking a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist.

Duties Include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry and general clerical duties
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed from legal support staff

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but will train the right person.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office products for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Experience working in a law office helpful
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to multitask effectively. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
