We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in using office software, and have experience working in a dental office.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain and update patient records using computerized systems
- Assist with billing and insurance claims using QuickBooks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems, office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
