Front Office Receptionist/Evening Shifts

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and possess strong organizational abilities. This is a weekday position 3 pm to 9 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry
- Take payments, assist parents with classes questions

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a bonus
