Front Office Receptionist

Plastic Surgery practice in Metairie, LA is seeking a Full Time Front Office personal to join our loving team.

The candidate must possess:

• Excellent patient and customer service skills
• Able to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Work well in a fast pace environment
• Handle multi tasks under pressure with a calm and professional demeanor
• Extraordinary detail oriented personality as well as a bubbly, friendly and loving personality
• Responsible for all financial aspects of billing, collecting payments of all types as well as balancing the day
• Answering phones, scheduling patients etc.

Qualifications:

• MS Office experience with the ability to learn our scheduling software, NexTech.
• A desire to exceed patient expectations is a must.
• The schedule is an 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
