Front Office Medical Receptionist

We are a Dermatology clinic seeking a full time experienced and dynamic self starter to provide Front Office check-in, check-out, clerical and administrative support to billing and Front Office departments as needed. Must be a quick learner, multi tasker, and be able to function quickly and patiently in a fast paced environment. Required skills include a friendly and professional attitude, computer literate, scheduling and coordinating appointments on a practice management system, making copies and scans of documents, maintain files and records of an electronic health record, keeping the Front Office tidy and organized, verifying insurance and maintaining a friendly and positive work environment. This position will work a 4 day work week including Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
