It is time to bring in an Office Manager to lead our office!
When I started my company in 1988, I was successful because I provided a great and timely customer service experience. Our company is now ready to expand and hire an Office Manager that can help us continue that customer service experience. We want to embrace technology to help us respond faster and more accurately.
An Office manager with a great personality and a can-do attitude at Shafnisky Electric Inc.is key to the growth and expansion of our company. A successful Office Manager will be an added layer of leadership and will allow for even better customer experience!
We’re offering the following to you:
1. Negotiable salary in the area of $40k

What we’re asking of you:
1) Familiarity with a CRM and the ability to implement and train our staff
a. Marketing with the CRM
b. Prove the ability to streamline our normal day-to-day tasks by using a CRM
c. Implement a way to track closing ratios of jobs that are sold vs. jobs that were lost
d. Implement a texting service through the CRM
e. Implement an electronic signature feature
2) Embrace technology and willing to train others to use it efficiently
3) The ability to work with others and work in a leadership position. Be a good mentor.
4) Willing to train other employees
5) Flexibility with job duties
6) Ability to multi-task
7) Implement our follow up call process for proposals that are issued
8) Experience in sales is helpful
9) Organized and detail oriented
10) Experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is preferred
11) Able to work independently without supervision
12) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, spelling and grammar
13) Consistently courteous and professional tone of voice
14) The ability and desire to create and write Standard Operating Procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
