Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage room reservations and monitor room availability
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and front desk procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in hotel management
