We are seeking an organized, driven individual to join our team as Transformation Project Manager for Project Liftoff, a transformation program including 3 major projects. As the Transformation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in organizing and managing the work of this major organization-wide transformation.

- You have experience managing projects involving cross-functional responsibilities and a diverse group of stakeholders.
- You are open to an expected travel requirement of around 30%.

Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
- Manage project-related activities from planning to deployment, including development of schedules, scopes, budgets, estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- Other duties as assigned.
- There will be an expected travel requirement of around 30%.

- 8+ years in project management or related role, preferably within an Insurance Brokerage or Carrier focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong relationships while driving accountability
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Data-fluent, able to manipulate data to create insights
- Experience with an Agency Management System (Applied Epic, BenefitPoint) preferred
- Tech savvy: ability to learn multiple systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
