Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage room schedule and availability
- Train new Front Office employees on procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in aesthetics or front desk management is required
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software is preferred
- Strong client relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
