SalaryJob Overview:
Candidate will be responsible for running and managing the Sales Department while simultaneously overlooking Front Desk Operations. Candidate will also work closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and our Revenue Team to ensure the ADR flows with the events happening in town.
Duties:
Front Office Manager:
- Train New Hires
- Participate in Front Office job interviews
- Evaluate job performance of the Front Office Team
- Enforce Cash Handling Procedures
- Enforce attendance policy
- Resolves guest issues efficiently
Sales Manager:
- Maintain client relationships
- Constantly be looking for new business opportunities
- Work closely with Revenue Management
- Prepare proposals for new and returning clientele
- Closely follow up on business leads within 24 hours
- Update any group block information
Experience:
MUST have Front Desk Experience minimum of 2 years
Sales Experience not required, but is a plus.
