Responsibilities:- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and Holidays
- Able to lead a dynamic team by providing a positive example
- Will work with accounting, sales, maintenance and housekeeping departments at times
- Directly manages front desk, van drivers and night audits
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems. Lightspeed preferable
- Strength in time management skills
- Must meet deadlines and guest required feedback and communication
