- This position is located on site in our Blue Ash, OH office
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with a 1 hour lunch

Position Overview
Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist, the primary responsibility of the Office Coordinator is to provide internal support for the RSCI Cincinnati office. The key responsibility of this position is to provide our customers and vendors with a positive first impression and overall positive experience. Duties include fielding telephone calls, greeting and directing visitors, maintenance and ordering of general office supplies, word processing, and other administrative tasks. Additional duties include project work, event planning and support of the Accounting group, Executive team and Organizational Development as requested.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Welcome guests in the office and direct appropriately
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and café area
- Transfer and screen incoming calls, take and relay messages, answer basic questions
- Manage conference room scheduling requests via Outlook calendar
- Stock general office and break area supplies, maintain adequate quantities and reorder, as needed
- Assist employees with ordering of office supplies and materials as needed
- Distribute memos, bulletin, and other correspondence from Raymond to necessary parties
- Order lunches for training events, meetings, and other onsite functions
- Book hotel rooms and travel arrangements for employees and/or guest as required by various events
- Complete special projects and company event planning, as assigned
- Assist with accounting tasks as assigned by manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
Qualifications·
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support
- Must be detail-oriented and organized with a superb level of professionalism
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Works well independently and as a team player
- Advanced proficiency with computer navigation and ability to work effectively with proprietary, web-based tools.
- Self-motivated and confident
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer experience focus and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
