SalaryRealis Gymnastics Academy in Redlands is looking for a Part Time Front Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all front desk operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, processing payments, and providing general information about our gymnastics programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Weekday evening (4-8 PM) and Saturday morning (9 AM -12 PM) hours available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet parents & children, and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Filing and copying
- Provide customer service by answering questions and providing information about our gymnastics programs
- Schedule classes, appointments, and events using our computer system
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase program enrollment
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other staff members as needed to ensure smooth operations of the facility
- Scheduling classes and communicating with parents
- Answering phones and responding to emails
