Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced front-of-house manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders and Bowling desk attendants
- Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that arise
- Oversee the dining room and Bowling area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient food service
- Monitor inventory levels of Front of House supplies and place orders as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Experience in hospitality management or related field
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling software
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery
