Front Of House Manager

The Roost / Caruso's Grocery is looking for a FOH Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a desire to take care of our staff as much as they love to take care of guests. We are looking for someone with strong door experience that is cool under pressure and can handle volume.

Opened in 2020, The Roost is a carefully curated, multi-concept, food and beverage destination in Southeast DC. Years in the making, and part of the Neighborhood Restaurant Group, The Roost brings together some of the District’s best chefs and a lively & diverse collection of the area’s most exciting food, beer, wine and spirits purveyors to offer everything from coffee by local roasters, to that perfect burger and craft beer for any night of the week--all while sourcing from our community partners. We’re a food hall created by the DC community, for the DC community.
