The DC Restaurant Group is looking for a new Front of House Manager to join our team. We have 6 locations in Washington, DC including our newest location, Vagabond, in Dupont Circle. Ideal candidates will have prior restaurant/hospitality management experience. We are an independent family owned/operated group who care deeply about our staff and their willingness to be a part of our team. We have been established for more than 40 years and we attribute our long running success to our amazing staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to fellow staff
- Recruit and train new hires
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
- Management and Customer Service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Strong communications skills
- Self motivated and looking to grow within a company
