SalaryOur office in Milwaukie, OR. is looking for a rockstar Front Office Coordinator. A minimum of 1 year dental front office experience is required, the ability to multi-task in a busy setting, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, have exceptional customer service skills, proficient with dental software. Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus and be a self starter. Pay range is $20.00-25.00 depending on experience.
The day to day job description is as follows:
- Greet and check in patients
- Assist to confirm patient appointments when needed
- Keep the schedule productive
- Schedule treatment appointments, present treatment and financial plans
- Assist with the hygiene schedule when needed
- Perform general office duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
