Front Desk/Spa Coordinator

We’re Hiring a Spa Coordinator/Front Desk to work at Blossom Spa Retreat in Olympia Wa. We are located on 1702 4th Ave E. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Must be available: (Shifts will switch depending on availability)

• Monday: 9:30AM to 2PM
• Monday: 2pm to 5:30PM
• Tuesday: 9:30AM to 2PM
• Tuesday: 2pm to 5:30PM
• Wednesday: 2pm to 5:30PM
• Thursday: 2pm to 5:30PM
• Friday: 2pm to 5:30PM
• Saturday: 9:30am to 3pm

Here at Blossom Spa Retreat, your home for personalized skincare. We are looking for a spa concierge with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people.

REQUIREMENTS :

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

Checking clients in and out of their services

Answering phones to book appointments and handle patient requests

Preparing patient charts

Customer support via phone, email, text, and in person

Laundry

Spa Cleaning

The position requires:

Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay: From $16.28 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
