Front Desk/Party Host

AGR Sports is a fast-growing entertainment company, we looking for a Front Desk/ Part Host that is ready to grow with us. We are on a mission to change the entertainment industry and build unique entertainment complexes around the world.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ascertains their purchasing needs.
• Assists customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
• Knows all essential aspects of our business operations.
• Make reservations, collects payments by accepting cash, online, or charge payments from customers;
• Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Facilitates correspondence with customers.
• Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
• Works collaboratively with other staff, managers, and resources.
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
