Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room service requests, and other needs
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
