We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal, administrative, and industry-specific skills to provide a positive experience for patients and ensure a smooth operation of the office. We will provide training to enhance the success in this role. Hospitality experience is a plus!
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. This includes the ability to check-in, check-out, schedule, and explain procedure, policies and payment clearly.
- Sales Skills: The ability to inform and educate patients about products and services to enhance patient experience and clinic revenue.
- Empathy and Patience: Understanding patients concerns and providing supportive interaction.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitasking and priorities efficiently under pressure without compromising service quality.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations and find solutions quickly.
- Teamwork: Effectively work with clinic staffs, dermatologists, aestheticians, nurses, and other front staffs to ensure a seamless patient experience.
You'd be great for this role if you have:
- 2+ years working in customer service, Cosmetic Dermatology, or plastic surgery environment
- Demonstrated passion for excellent customer service
- Proven organizational, analytical, and business skills
- Flexible to work evenings 10am-6pm and 1-2 half Saturday per month
