Hillcrest Family Dentistry is seeking an energetic, motivated, reliable Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Administrator to join our amazing patient oriented, modern dental office. Do you have a bright and cheery personality who loves people? We would like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Eaglesoft software
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Insurance billing
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers
- Familiarity with dental terminology and dental procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Previous experience as a dental/medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Eaglesoft software experience preferred but not required.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7am to 4pm. Work hours begin at 6:30am and clock out is dependent on the flow of the day but averages 4:15pm.
